摘要
以聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)为膜材料,通过对PVDF的选型、添加剂种类、共混改善以及其环境条件的研究,讨论了高性能PVDF超滤膜的主要制备条件:选择适合的PVDF、添加剂可制得高通量小孔径高强度的中空纤维超滤膜。与二醋酸纤维素(CA)共混,维持较高纯水通量的同时增加了膜丝的拉伸断裂强度。工程运用PVDF超滤膜应注意避免强碱环境。
Polyvinylidene was used as membrane material,the preparation conditions of high performance polyvinylidene fluoride ultrafiltration membrane were mainly studied based on the test analysis of selecting the right types of PVDF and additives.Blending with CA would maintain high pure water flux,also toughen hollow fiber membrane.The alkali enviroment was must avoided when polyvinylidene fluoride ultrafiltration membrane was used in engineering application.
