摘要
通过溶胶-凝胶法自制纳米二氧化硅(SiO_2),并采用油酸对其进行改性,改性纳米SiO_2与环氧树脂充分混合,加入丙烯酸单体,制得改性纳米SiO_2/环氧-丙烯酸酯复合材料。复合材料经透射电子显微镜(TEM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等表征和分析。实验结果表明,改性后的纳米SiO_2/环氧-丙烯酸酯复合材料的拉伸强度、冲击强度、拉伸模量等力学性能得以明显提高,当纳米SiO_2与环氧-丙烯酸酯复合材料的摩尔配比为3∶100时,改性纳米SiO_2/环氧-丙烯酸酯复合材料具有最佳的力学性能:冲击强度达到15.63kJ/m2,拉伸强度达到55.68MPa,拉伸模量达到3.67GPa;铅笔硬度达到2H、黏度明显提高达到125MPa·s;耐盐雾、耐水指标都有明显改善。
Nano SiO2 was made through sol-gel by myself,adding the oleic acid and acrylic acid monomer to modify it,got the modified nano SiO2 epoxy acrylate composite.materials.The composites were characterized and confirmed by TEM,FT-IR and SEM.The results showed that the impact strength,tensile strength,adhesion and other mechanical properties of composite materials were greatly improved.When the molar ratio of epoxy-acrylate and nano SiO2 was 3∶100,the nanocomposite can get the best mechanical properties.The impact strength was 15.63kJ/m^2,the tensile strength was 55.68 MPa,tensile modulus was 3.67GPa;Pencil hardness and viscosity increased significantly,reached to 2Hand 125MPa·s,respectively.The index of salt spray resistant and water resistant was all improved significantly.
