摘要
采用简单的化学共沉淀法制备Fe掺杂ZnO粉末。通过X射线衍射(XRD)仪、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)仪、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能量色散X射线谱(EDS)仪、振动样品磁强计(VSM)和矢量网络分析仪(VNA)对复合材料的结构、微观形貌、磁性能和电磁参数进行表征。结果表明,Fe离子掺杂进入ZnO晶格,粉末中ZnO和ZnFe2O4物相共存,且Fe离子的价态为+3;Fe掺杂ZnO呈片状和花状形貌,具有明显的铁磁性。Fe掺杂ZnO/石蜡复合物在2~18GHz频率范围的微波吸收机制以介电损耗为主;当吸波涂层厚度为2.0mm时,最大吸收峰值达-33.7dB,低于-10dB的吸收频宽为5.0GHz。
Fe-doped ZnO powders were synthesized by a facile chemical coprecipitation method.The morphology,structure,magnetic performance and electromagnetic parameters of the as-prepared powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS),vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM)and vector network analyzer(VNA).The results showed that the Fe ions were successfully incorporated into ZnO crystal with an oxidation state of+3,and ZnO and ZnFe2O4 phase were coexisted in the powders.A flake and flower-like morphology and typical ferromagnetic behavior were observed in Fe-doped ZnO.The Fe-doped ZnO/paraffin complex exhibited significant dielectric loss characteristic in the frequency range of 2~18GHz.The maximum reflection loss reached-33.7dB and the effective absorption bandwidth(RL≤-10.0dB)was5.0GHz with a layer thickness of 2.0mm.
