摘要 水热制备了掺镱离子(Yb^(3+))、镨离子(Pr^(3+))的氟化钇钠(NaYF4∶Yb,Pr)微晶,采用XRD、SEM、FA对其微结构、形貌、发光性能进行了表征。结果表明,溶液pH的变化会造成样品的相变,在碱性条件下,F-与稀土离子RE^(3+)的摩尔数比从4∶1增大到8∶1,样品晶相也由立方相变为六方相。立方相微晶为球状,六方相微晶为六方柱状。在980nm红外光激发下,Pr^(3+)的发光主要由484nm的蓝光带、541nm的绿光带、609nm的橙光带组成。分析了其上转换发光机制。 NaYF4∶Yb,Pr microcrystallines were synthesized by hydrothermal method.The microstructure,morphology and luminescence properties of microcrystallines were studied by XRD,SEM and FA.XRD results showed that the change of solution pH can cause phase transition of sample.The crystalline phase of samples will transform from cubic to hexagonal phase with the F^-/RE^3+mole ratio increased from 4∶1to 8∶1 under alkaline conditions.SEM measurements revealed that the cubic phase microcrystallines were spherical-like particles,the hexagonal phase microcrystallines were hexagonal prisms.FA results revealed that the fluorescence of Pr^3+ions mainly included blue band(484nm),green band(541nm),orange band(609nm)upon excitation with 980 nm infrared laser.the upconversion mechanism was discussed in detail.
