摘要
以钛酸异丙酯为钛源,通过超声水解法制备纳米TiO_2光催化剂。采用X-射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜和傅里叶红外光谱对所合成的样品进行了表征分析。以甲基橙为降解对象,考察了不同超声功率制备的纳米TiO_2在可见光下的光催化性能。结果表明:超声300W制备的纳米TiO_2结晶度好、颗粒均匀,并且在氙灯模拟可见光下照射3h后,甲基橙的降解率达到62.94%。
Using Ti(OC3H7)4as titanium source,nano-TiO2 pholocatalyst was prepared by ultrasonic hydrolysis method.The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The photocatalytic effect of nano-TiO2 prepared at different ultrasonic power were investigated through the degradation of methyl orange under visible light.The results showed that nano-TiO2 prepared at ultrasonic 300 Whad good crystallinity,uniform structure,and the degradation rate of methyl orange reached 62.94% after 3hunder xenon lamp which simulated visible light irradiation.
