预处理TATB对RDX基传爆药机械感度影响的研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用机械粉碎预处理1,3,5-三氨基之2,4,6-三硝基苯(TATB),利用水悬浮造粒工艺制备含预处理TATB的黑索金(环三次甲基三硝铵,RDX)基传爆药,并与含普通TATB的传爆药进行机械感度比较,分析其感度降低的原因。结果表明:机械粉碎预处理的TATB颗粒表面缺陷少于普通TATB,RDX基传爆药机械感度有所降低;延长机械粉碎预处理TATB和RDX的混合时间,改善TATB在RDX颗粒表面的分布,减少了颗粒之间的空隙,更好地降低了传爆药的机械感度,提高了传爆药的制备和使用安全性,为其工业化生产提供技术支撑。 The RDX-based booster explosive contained TATB which was obtained with the mechanical milling pre-treatment method were prepared by the water slurry coating technology.Its mechanical sensitivity was characterized,and the reason of high sensitivity was analyzed.The results indicated:the TATB particles surface obtained by mechanical milling pre-treatment method had little defect than the general TATB,and the mechanical sensitivity of RDX booster explosive decreased a little.Extended TATB mechanical milling and RDX mix-time,TATB surface distribute of RDX particle surface was improved,and decreased particles' void,and better reduced the mechanical sensitivity of the booster explosive,and enhanced the preparation and use safety of booster explosive.This provided technical support for its commercial process.
