基于“新型农村社区”建设背景下农村体育发展的探析与思考

Analysis and Thinking on Rural Sports Development under the Background of New Rural Community Construction

运用文献资料、社会调查、访谈等研究方法,分析新型农村社区建设的社会背景,简要梳理我国建设新型农村社区之初的经验,研究认为随着国家关于新型农村建设战略方针的提出,农村社区工作建设的工作重点在于生活共同体建设,农村体育的发展措施也应作出相应的调整。基于此,探讨当前发展农村群众体育的制约因素,提出以建设新型农村社区为契机发展农村群众体育的具体举措。只有紧紧抓住此契机,从基础设施和参与主体两方面快速有效的发展农村群众体育。

This paper used literature, social investigation, interviews and other research methods, to analyze the social background of the new type of rural community construction, briefly reviewing the experience of construction at the beginning of the new rural community in our country. It think about the new rural construction as the country strategy whichwas put forward, and the rural community work of the construction of the community building work is focused on life. The measures of developing rural sports also should make corresponding adjustment.Based on this, the paper probes into the restrictive factors of the rural mass sports development, putting forward the construction of new rural community as an opportunity of rural mass sports development measures. Think that only seize the opportunity, from two aspects of infrastructure and participation main body, develop effectively and rapidly mass sports in the countryside.
