反相悬浮法制备甘蔗渣再生纤维素微球 被引量:1

Preparation of regenerated cellulose microsphere by reverse phase suspension

摘要 以离子液体1-烯丙基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐([Amim]Cl)为溶剂,以甘蔗渣纤维素为原料,采用反相悬浮法制备再生纤维素微球,经FT-IR、SEM、XRD、光学显微镜分析再生纤维素微球,通过激光粒度测试,以甘蔗渣再生纤维素微球粒径40~200μm为考察指标,实验表明:在80℃时,转速为600r/min,以4.0%纤维素溶液,6mL司盘80,200mL液体石蜡,制得乳白色、形貌为较规则球形的再生纤维素微球,40~200μm的粒径占全部粒径的64.8%。制备过程无化学反应,纤维素由晶型Ⅰ变为晶型Ⅱ,结晶度由54.58%降到35.21%。 Sugarcane baggage cellulose used as raw material and 1-Allyl-3-methylimdazolium chloride([Amim]Cl)ionic liquid as solvent adopted to prepare the regenerated cellulose microspheres by reversed phase suspension polymerization technique.The physical properties of prepared cellulose microspheres were studied by a series of measure methods such as FT-IR,SEM,XRD and OM.The preparing conditions of microspheres by the reversed phase suspension polymerization technique were optimized used the orthogonal and signal factor experiments.The results showed that the yield of microspheres reached 64.8% by 40~200μm,and the microspheres were ivory and round.The microspheres had excellent chemical resistance and thermal stability when they were prepared under the conditions of 80℃,4.0%cellulose solution,the volume of liquid paraffin 200 mL,Span80 6mL,agitation speed 600r/min.The preparing process did not have chemical reaction.The crystalline form of cellulose was transformed from ⅠtoⅡ,and the degree of crystallization decreaseed from 54.58%to 35.21%.
