摘要 通过文献资料法分析近年来学生心肺功能下降的原因及严重性和HIIT的特点;运用Rev Man5.3进行meta分析验证HIIT对改善心肺功能的有效性。近年来国内外学者通过对HIIT的研究发现,HIIT对于改善心肺功能有其独特的优势,并结合现状分析发现可以通过发展HIIT来改善大学生心肺功能,具有可行性及现实意义。 The causes and severity of the decline in cardiopulmonary fitness in recent years and the characteristics of HIIT were analyzed by means of literature data analysis. Rev Man 5.3 was used to carry out meta analysis to demonstrate the effectiveness of HIIT on improving cardiopulmonary fitness. Scholars around the world, in recent years, through research on HIIT found its unique advantages on improving cardiopulmonary fitness, and combining it with the status quo analysis found that through the development of HIIT to improve college students' cardiopulmonary fitness is feasible and of practical significance.
