硫酸镁联合盐酸利托君治疗未足月胎膜早破的临床研究 被引量:5

摘要 选取笔者所在医院收治的未足月胎膜早破患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,对照组给予硫酸镁治疗,观察组给予硫酸镁联合盐酸利托君治疗。比较两组的临床疗效。结果两组分娩方式比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组显效时间及有效时间均明显短于对照组,产后出血量明显少于对照组,新生儿Apgar评分及出生体重均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。硫酸镁联合盐酸利托君治疗未足月胎膜早破可明显提高临床治疗效果,改善新生儿预后。
