血清胱抑素c及B_2微球蛋白对2型糖尿病视网膜病变预测价值研究 被引量：5

摘要 选取住院的2型糖尿病DR患者(DR组)60例作为研究对象,2型糖尿病无视网膜病变患者(NDR组)及体检健康对照组各60例,检测血清胱抑素C、β_2微球蛋白等。结果 DR组血清胱抑素C及β_2微球蛋白均高于NDR组和对照组,而NDR组的β_2微球蛋白水平又高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。胱抑素C与病程、β_2微球蛋白、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)呈正相关,与肾小球滤过率(e GFR)呈负相关。Logistic多元回归分析显示胱抑素C、β_2微球蛋白、TC和收缩压(SBP)为影响2型糖尿病视网膜病变发生的危险因素。DR患者的血清胱抑素C及β_2微球蛋白均呈升高趋势,胱抑素C联合β_2微球蛋白的检测对2型糖尿病视网病变的诊治有一定指导意义。
