钼靶X线与超声在乳腺导管原位癌诊断中的价值

摘要 目的:探讨钼靶X线以及超声检查在乳腺导管原位癌(DCIS)诊断中的价值。方法:回顾性分析87例确诊DCIS患者的钼靶X线及超声影像特点,比较二者对DCIS诊断的敏感度,以及钙化、肿块的检出率。结果:钼靶X线和超声诊断DCIS联合使用,DCIS检出敏感度高于单独使用的检出(均P<0.05);钼靶X线检查对钙化的检出率高于超声检出(P<0.05);超声肿块检出率高于钼靶X线检出(P<0.05)。结论:钼靶X线对钙化检出率高,超声对肿块检出率高,二者联合能提高DCIS诊断的敏感度。 Objective: To investigate the mammographic and ultrasonographic( US) features and diagnostic value on breast ductal carcinoma in situ( DCIS). Method: A retrospective analysis of the mammographic and findings of 87 patients with breast DCIS was performed and the sensitivity and detection rate of the two methods were compared. Results: The sensitivity of mammographic and ultrasonography in detecting DCIS was higher than that of using mammography and ultrasonography,respectively( P〈0. 05). The detection rate of microcalcification with mammograthy was higher than that of ultrasonography( P〈0. 05). The detection rate of mass with ultrasonography was higher than that of mammograthy( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Mammography is superior to detection of microcalcification while US is better in detection masses. The combined modalities can improve the sensitivity in diagnosis of DCIS.
