摘要
直升机动力舱灭火系统地面模拟试验是灭火系统设计过程中的一个重要环节。详细设计阶段,利用已有的试验数据可对动力舱灭火系统的主要参数、管路及喷口布局进行优化;在设计完成后,也需要通过地面模拟试验来验证灭火系统是否满足设计要求。因此,该文从试验目的和要求、飞行中临界气流条件的模拟、专用灭火剂(Halon1301)浓度的测量三方面阐述了直升机动力舱灭火系统地面模拟试验技术。
Ground simulation test is an important part of the design of helicopter powerplant fire - extinguishing system. During critical design review, test acquired datas can be used to optimize the powerplant fire -extinguishing system, such as main parameters,layout of discharge pipes and dis- charge spouts. After the system design is completed, the ground simulation test is used to demon- strate whether the fire -extinguishing system is satisfied with design requirements. This paper de- scribed the ground simulation test technology about the helicopter powerplant fire - extinguishing that includes the main objective of the ground test, the requirements of the ground test, simulation of flight critical condition and the measurement of Halonl301 agent concentration.
