西汉(中前期)官制弊病论析

Discussion and Analysis of the Drawbacks of Bureaucracy of the Western Han Dynasty

西汉官制以保证和促进西汉巩固发展,建立起一个闻名古今中外的黄金时代而著名,然而这样一种官制亦存有不合理与弊端。本文对西汉中前期官制的缺欠、弊端作了陈说论析,指出了它们对国家发展、社会稳定、人民生产生活造成的损害,从政治方面阐说了官制对一代政权兴盛衰败所起的作用。

Bureaucracy of the Western Han Dynasty was rery famous because that it aimed to en- sure and impel the consolidation and development of the Western Han dynasty and constructed a world-famous peaceful and prosperous golden age. However, such bureaucracy also had its irrationality and drawbacks. This thesis discussed and analyzed the drawbacks and disadvantages of bureaucracy during early and mid-Western Han dynasty, pointed out the harms it caused to the development of the country, to social stability and to the people＇ s production and life. It also threatened security of the rule of the Han Dynasty. The thesis elaborated politically the effects of bureaucracy upon a regime＇ s pros- perity and decline.
