摘要
从赤泥中富集回收金属镓,利用浓硫酸对赤泥样进行恒温熟化-水浸后的浸出液进行萃取,研究了丁基罗丹明B-正丙醇-硫酸铵萃取镓的行为;同时讨论了萃取温度、萃取时间、硫酸铵质量和正丙醇体积分数对镓萃取率的影响。通过单因素实验确定优化的赤泥中镓萃取工艺条件为:萃取时间15 min,萃取温度为室温,正丙醇体积分数为30%,硫酸铵质量为4.5 g时,镓的萃取率最大为82%。
To recovery gallium from red mud,red mud was treated with sulfuric acid and cured a period,the phase separation extraction behavior of gallium with butyl rhodamine B-1-propanol-ammonium sulfate system was investigated. The effects of extraction temperature,extraction time,the dosage of ammonium sulfate and volume fraction of 1-propanol were investigated. The optimal conditions were obtained by single fractor experiment as follows:extraction time was 15 min,extraction was room temperature,the volume fraction of 1-propanol was 30% and dosage of ammonium sulfate was 4. 5 g. Under above conditions the extraction rate of gallium was 82%.
