吸水率对蒸压橡胶粉-粉煤灰砌块力学性能影响 被引量:1

摘要 通过对蒸压橡胶粉-粉煤灰砌块进行不同浸水时间的处理,探究吸水率对不同掺量橡胶粉砌块的力学性能影响。试验结果表明:对于不掺橡胶粉和20%掺量的砌块,强度随吸水率的上升呈现先增后减的趋势;掺量在40%与60%时,强度随吸水率的变化基本呈稳步下降趋势,但幅度不大;通过SEM和XRD分析,强度的变化趋势与材料的内部组分的水化程度及水分的渗透有关。 By means of autoclaved fly ash-rubber powder block for different immersion time of processing,the connection of rubber powder content,water absorption and mechanical properties were explored. The experimental results showed that the strength of the block had a trend of increase after decrease first with increasing water absorption when rubber content is 0% or 20%; Along with the change of water absorption,strength fell steadily in small increments when rubber content is 40% or 60%; According to analysis of SEM and XRD,the changing trends of strength is related with the hydration degree of the internal components and moisture permeability.
