高职院校升格为应用型本科,必须解决教育理念的恒定性、教育布局的合理性、专业设置的科学性与实质性的校企合作等问题,只有解决了这些问题,才具备办好一座应用型本科学校的基础。而具体途径表现为明确发展内涵、构建人才培养体系、完善校企合作制度、建立科学的评价体系等,只有这样,高职院校才能真正达到转制。

Higher Vocational College wants to update to Application-oriented College, it must solve such problems： the constancy of education concept, the layout of the education rationality, the science and sub- stantiality of professional settings and college-enterprise cooperation. Only if solve those problems, can we have the basic factor to establish an Application-oriented College. The specific ways are to identify its devel- opment connotation, to build a talents training system, to improve the system of college-enterprise coopera- tion, to establish a scientific evaluation system and so on. In these ways, Higher Vocational College can transfer to Application-oriented College.
