未成年人思想政治教育存在问题及对策研究——以Z市为例

A Study on the Problems and Countermeasures for Minors' Ideological and Political Education——Case of Z City

在贯彻落实素质教育过程中,思想政治教育存在教育观念陈旧、教育内容单一化、教育方法简单化等问题,影响到未成年人身心健康和学习发展。未成年人教育主体地位难以体现,教师缺乏合理知识结构、敬业精神弱化和职业角色意识淡薄等使得未成年人思想政治教育难题迸发。对未成年人教育可通过提升学生自身思想道德观念,提高教师队伍素质,优化未成年人思想政治教育环境等方法,以提升未成年人思想政治素养。

In the implementation of quality education, there are several obstacles in the ideological and political education of minors, such as the outdated educational concepts, monotonous teaching content and simplified educational methods. It is that the dominant role of minors in the education is not ensured, and some of current teachers lack reasonable knowledge structure, rigorous professional ethics and role conscious- ness, which causes the existing problems. Most of the problems can be gradually solved by promoting the ide- ological and mortal concept of minors and quality of teachers. Meanwhile, improvement of educational envi- ronment is also an effective way.
