河北省体育院校学生创业能力培养模式研究

Research on the Training Mode of Students' Entrepreneurial Ability in Physical Education Institutes of Hebei Province

本文以河北省高等体育院校为大背景,结合调查问卷数据和其他院校真实案例,从体育专业人才的培养特点、创业能力塑造入手,构建了体育专业毕业生创业能力素质培养体系和创业能力技能培养体系,并在八个方面详细地阐释培养体育专业学生创业能力的方式方法,最终为河北省体育院校毕业生创业能力培养提供理论思路。

With the physical education institutes in Hebei Province as background,combining with survey data and real cases of other physical education institutes,the paper constructs a training system of cultivating entrepreneurial quality and skills integrating the features of sports professionals as well as entrepreneurial ability training factors. The paper then interprets methods of training sports professional students＇ entrepreneurial ability from eight aspects in hope of providing theoretical approaches on training entrepreneurial ability for physical education institutes graduates in Hebei Province.
