游泳运动员体能训练的特征与开展策略——以天津男子游泳队为例 被引量:12

摘要 随着对于游泳技巧的深入研究,运动员在技能上的差距越来越小,所以当代游泳运动的竞争更多的是对于运动员体能的竞争。如何帮助运动员提高体能来胜任当代的比赛情况,已经是教练员必须高度重视的问题。本文以天津男子游泳队的体能训练工作为个案,通过对游泳体能训练方法的分析,就游泳运动员体能训练的特征与开展策略展开了研究。以期为促进游泳运动员竞技能力的提升作理论与实践层面的参考。 With the in- depth study on swimming skills,skill gap among swimmers are vanishing. Modern swimming competition is in fact the competition on conditioning of swimmers. It becomes coaches' focus of how to help athletes to be competent in game through the improvement of conditioning. This paper,by using the strength and conditioning training in Tianjin men's team as an example,through analysis on strength training methods for swimmers,studies the features and strategies of swimming strength training,aims at offering theoretical and practical references for the promotion of performance enhancement of swimmers.
