摘要
研究运用文献资料法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法、个案分析法等研究方法对国家队50km优秀男子竞走运动员司天峰备战伦敦奥运会的训练负荷特征进行分析研究。研究得出在备战期间完成总训练量6293km,包括伦敦奥运会共参加八场赛事,起到以赛代练的目的,其中50km比赛完成成绩较好,反映了显著的训练效果。负荷量安排上变化趋势相对平稳,恢复期和赛前期负荷量较少,其余月份负荷量保持在530km—735km之间。负荷强度在不同强度等级下训练节奏和训练量也不同,其中安排爬山和骑自行车作为调整课次。课后重视身体恢复方法,将训练课与恢复手段紧密结合。
By using the literature material method,mathematical statistics,logic analysis,case analysis research methods,this paper analyzes the national 50 km Race Walk player Si Tianfeng's training load features for the London Olympic Games. The study concludes that the total volume is 6293 km during the preparation period,and he played 8 competitions including London Olympic Games,which meet the purpose of"the play is to practice".Among these competitions,the result of 50 km Race Walk is better,,which reflects the significant training effect.Load change s relatively stable,the load in recovery period and the period before the match is less,the load in other months keeps between 530 km and 735 km. Load intensity under different strength grade has different rhythm and volume,arranging mountain climbing and bike riding as the adjust class. Physical recovery methods are highlighted after class,when training and recovery methods are used closely together.
