摘要
采用文献法,从提高中学生的心理素质的需要出发,阐述了拓展训练的起源、发展和分析学校体育教学与拓展训练的相近之处,在此基础上研究在中学体育教学中实施拓展训练的可行性以及在实施过程中需要注意的问题,旨在让拓展训练成为学校体育教学中心理素质教育方面的有益补充。
Adopting literature review methods,in order to improve middle school students＇ psychological quality,this paper illustrates the origin,development of outward bound,analyzes the similarity between school sports teaching and outward expand. Based on the above, this paper researches the feasibility and notices of implementing expand training in middle school sports teaching,aims at make it a beneficial supplement in psychological training in school sports teaching.
