有氧运动联合Ala-Gln对2型糖尿病microRNA表达的影响及对心肌纤维化的干预

摘要 2型糖尿病(T2DM)发病率随着生活方式的改变逐年上升,由此产生的并发症是致残致死的重要元凶,本文将对2型糖尿病并发症之心肌纤维化进行摘要总结,找出运动对microRNA的干预作用,及microRNA对心肌纤维化的影响,以此为运动对2型糖尿病心肌纤维化的影响提供有力依据,为进一步对microRNA通路进行研究奠定理论基础。 Diabetes Mellitus type 2( T2DM) morbidity increases year by year with the change of life style,and its complications are the main reason for disability and death. This paper concludes researches on myocardial fibrosis—a complication of T2 DM,find out intervention effects of exercise to microRNA,as well as microRNA's influence on myocardial fibrosis,aiming at offering evidence for the influence of exercise to T2 DM myocardial fibrosis and setting theoretical foundation for microRNA path research.
