新时期竞技体育日益科技化、商业化、职业化、权益化,导致体育关系失衡、体育宗旨受到破坏,使竞技体育偏离正常轨道。归根到底,主要是体育商业化、科技异化以及权利诱惑等导致人本性及人文精神的丧失、法律法规不健全等。为促进我国竞技体育事业健康可持续发展,应坚持以人为本,使体育回归人文性,合理控制体育商业化,加强体育法律法规建设,提高体育从业人员的道德修养和法律意识。

In the new period,competitive sports are becoming more and more technological,commercial,professional and rights interests oriented,which lead to the imbalance in sport relationships and the ruin of sport destination,making competitive sports deviate from the normal path. The main reasons for the above are the loss of human nature humanistic spirit and imperfection of laws and regulations caused by commercialization of sports,alienation of science and technology,and the temptation of rights. In order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of competitive sports,countermeasures should be taken to insist People- Oriented principle,return sports to humanity,control sport commercialization reasonably,strengthen the construction of sports laws and regulations,as well as improve the moral cultivation and legal awareness of sports professionals.
