Antimony pollution accident of Gansu Longxing enterprise and emergent water supply in Guangyuan City

摘要 2015年11月底甘肃陇星锑业有限责任公司发生尾矿泄漏事件,造成下游300多公里河段水体锑浓度超标,涉及甘肃、陕西、四川三省,特别是对四川省广元市的城市供水构成威胁,形成重大突发环境事件。对事件过程、环境应急处置和广元市应急供水保障进行了介绍,总结了自来水厂应急除锑的技术与应用。水厂应急除锑采用弱酸性铁盐混凝沉淀法,并在以下方面对应急除锑技术做出了新的发展,包括:二级混凝沉淀除锑、滤前回调pH、二氧化氯过滤除锰、用碳酸钠回调pH保持管网水质化学稳定等。通过环境应急处置和应急供水保障,成功应对了突发事件,确保了下游人民群众的饮水安全。 In the end of November,2015,an antimony pollution accident happened due to collapse of tailings pond in the Longxing Antimony Enterprise,Gansu Province.The polluted river stretched to over 300 km,which caused a severer environmental pollution accident.In this paper,the accident progress,emergent environmental responds and water supply were introduced.Emergent antimony removal technology and application in water treatment plant was summarized.Iron coagulation in weak acid condition was used for antimony removal.Some progresses were developed,which included secondary coagulation process,pH recovery before filtration,manganese removal by chlorine dioxide in filter,and pH recovery by sodium carbonate to keep chemical stability of the water quality in distribution pipeline system.Owing to emergent environmental responds and water supply,the accident was dealt with successfully and drinking water was kept safely for the people downstream.
