摘要
某五星级酒店目前设计方案采用"下行下回"冷热水给水方式,与传统"上行下回"不同。通过对项目施工图的研究,提出"上行下回"的替代方案,研究了其在本项目的适用性,论证了替代方案的管道布置不会减小酒店客房及走道净高,并分别从造价、供水平衡性、维护和管井大小要求等进行对比。替代方案可减少材料造价约17万元,并可减少一根管位,同时在供水平衡性和维护要求方面也存在优势。
In a five-star hotel,the"low supply and low circulation"layout was used for cold water supply system and hot water supply system,which is different from the traditional"high supply and low circulation"layout.Based on the study on construction drawling,the replacement plan for traditional"high supply and low circulation"layout was proposed and its applicability in this project was studied.It was approved that the pipe layout in replacement plan wouldn't reduce the height in rooms and corridors in hotel;in addition,a comparative study was also carried out in the aspects of cost,water supply balance,maintenance and pipe well size.The replacement plant might reduce material cost of about 170000 yuans,cut off one pipe and hold advantages in water supply balance and maintenance.
