急性呼吸窘迫综合征（ARDS）是儿科常见的危重症，机械通气是最重要的呼吸支持手段之一。其中，高频振荡通气具有小潮气量、低呼吸道压、减少肺泡损伤的特点，是一种治疗ARDS安全有效的手段。现就ARDS的高频通气治疗现状和再认识作一阐述。

Acute respiratory distress syndrome（ARDS） is a common critical disease in pediatric patients, and mechanical ventilation is one of the most important methods for respiratory support. High frequency oseiUation ventila- tion; which has these characteristics of low tidal volume, low airway pressure, and low alveolar injury, is a safe and effective treatment of ARDS. This article will elaborate about current status and recognition of high frequency ventilation in ARDS.
