福建省大学生就业能力培养及提升的实证研究 被引量:2

摘要 文章以就业能力的USEM模型为基础设计量表,通过问卷调查研究福建省大学生的就业能力。研究使用主成分分析法分离出就业能力量表的4个因子,落实就业能力内部结构的实证分析,各因子通过了信度检验,实现了研究工具的探索性因素分析。数据结果表明,大学生对学科理解力、技能、自我效能和元认知的认可度和离散度有所差别,因此高校需要在人才培养的全过程中融入就业能力培养,以应对新常态经济条件下福建省人才的需求与挑战。
