西南山地村镇住宅毛细管辐射供暖性能研究

摘要 为开展毛细管地板辐射供暖在西南山地村镇住宅中的运行性能及适用性研究,搭建实验台,采用计算机数据自动采集的实测方法,分析毛细管地板辐射供暖在系统启动阶段的室温响应特性,稳定运行阶段的室温、地板温度特性和关机后的室温、地板温度衰减特性。实测分析结果显示:启动阶段地板温度升高快,室温2 h即可达到稳定状态;稳定运行阶段,地板温度分布较为均匀稳定,室内温度场整体呈现"下热上冷"的状态,符合人体热舒适的要求;关机后室温和地板温度呈现阶段性迅速下降趋势;供水温度从35℃提高到50℃,散热面单位面积散热量提高了1.75倍,供水温度每提高5℃,散热面单位面积散热量增加30 W/m2左右。同时供水温度30℃并不适用于西南山地村镇住宅,35℃为适宜供水温度。 An experimental apparatus is built up to study indoor temperature response characteristic during initiating stage, temperature characteristic during stable operation stage, temperature attenuation characteristic after power off with method of automatic data collection. Research Findings show: Floor temperature rise fast during starting stage, it comes to a steady state in 2 hours; Floor temperature is uniform distribution during stable operation time, indoor temperature present a state of "hot under cold", which is match to human body thermal comfort; Indoor and floor temperature is dropped rapidly after power off; The amount of heat emission from the radiant panel when supply water temperature is 50 ℃is 1.75 times per square meter when supply water temperature is 35 ℃, the amount of heat emission from the radiant panel will increase about 30 W/m2 when supply water temperature increased every 5 ℃. The appropriate supply water temperature is 35 ℃at the same time.
