摘要 为有效利用电解铝生产产生的大量低温(约120℃)烟气的余热,建立了重力热管性能试验平台,并选取不同工质(甲醇,丙酮,正己烷)和不同充液率工况(20%,35%,50%,70%)进行试验研究。研究得出:丙酮工质重力热管的等温性最好,其最佳充液率为35%。 In order to use a large amount waste heat of electrolytic aluminum low temperature flue gas (about 120℃ ), a gravity heat pipe performance test platform was established, and the experimental study was carried out with different working fluids (methanol, acetone, hexane) and different filling liquid rate (20%, 35%, 50%, 70%). It is concluded that the temperature of the gravity heat pipe with acetone is the best, and the optimum filling rate is 35%.
