摘要
首先阐述了互联网发展带给传统零售业态的冲击及其发展走势,接着以南京苏果超市为例,分析了连锁超市小业态门店的经营特色、品类管理、仓储模式、配送模式、退货流程等特点,为正在运营或后续开业的小型零售超市提供参考。
In this paper,we first introduced the impact of the internet industry on the traditional retail industry and the prospect of the industry in light of the development of the internet technology.Next,in a case study on the Nanjing Su Guo supermarket,we analyzed the operational characteristics,inventory management,warehousing and distribution mode and product return process,etc.,of a small retail shop of the chain supermarket.
