摘要
针对集装箱码头进口堆场的特点,为降低作业时间的不确定性给堆场作业带来的干扰,提高堆场计划的可执行性,提出堆场空间和场桥的鲁棒预调度模型,采用拉格朗日松弛算法对模型进行求解,利用启发式方法对预调度方案进行反应式再调度。利用仿真实验对所提方法在不确定环境下的有效性进行测试,结果表明相对单纯依靠实时调整应对环境变化的传统方法,采用鲁棒反应式策略可显著降低客户到达时间不确定给堆场计划带来的干扰,并可有效减少堆场作业的延误。
In this paper,in view of the characteristics of the import yard of a container terminal and in a bid to reduce the interference of the uncertain operation time on the working order of the yard and improve the enforceability of the yard schedules,we proposed a robust prescheduling model to regulate the yard space and transtainer,solved it using the Lagrangean relaxation algorithm and next,had a responsive re-dispatching of the pre-schedule using the heuristic method.At the end,through a simulation test,we examined the validity of the proposed method under an uncertain environment,which verified its superiority over the traditional responsive method.
