关于《工业化建筑评价标准》的再思考

Re-thinking About the Standard for Assessment of Industrialized Building

建筑工业化是当前我国建筑行业发展的重要方向之一,《工业化建筑评价标准》的发布为推动我国建筑工业化发展建立了参考依据和量化指标。评价标准在确立目标导向的同时也引出了一些值得我们进一步思考与探讨的基本问题,例如工业化建筑的定义导向,建筑工业化的基本要素(构件与部品)、表现方式(预制与装配)、操作流程(设计与建造)、效益目标等,该文针对这些问题进行了分析探讨。

Building industrialization is one of important directions of the development of building industry in China. The Standard for Assessment of Industrialized Building not only create the basis and quantitative index for building industrialization development, but also raises some basic problems for us to rethink building industrialization, such as the definition of industrialized building, basic elements （components and parts）, performance （prefabrication and assembly）, operating process （design and construction）, benefit targets and so on. We analyze and discuss these problems in this paper.
