褐梗天牛对油松挥发物的EAG和行为反应 被引量:5

摘要 为了研究褐梗天牛(Arhopalus rusticus)的植物源引诱剂,分别测定了褐梗天牛成虫对5种油松挥发物和18种混配物的触角电位反应,并对18种混配物进行了嗅觉行为测定,选出10种配方进行了野外诱捕试验。结果表明:褐梗天牛成虫对5种挥发物单体和18种混配物都有一定的触角电位反应,以α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、3-蒈烯和γ-萜品烯为主要成分的混配物L2引起褐梗天牛的EAG反应最强。在嗅觉行为试验中,褐梗天牛对混配物L2表现的选择性最强。野外诱捕结果显示,主要成分为α-蒎烯和3-蒈烯的引诱剂M3平均诱捕量最高,与其他配方相比有显著差异(p<0.05)。 In order to study the effective attractant of Arhopalus rusticus Linn., we measured the EAG responses of adult beetles with five volatile compounds of Pinus tabuliformis Carr. and 18 mixtures. Meanwhile, we tested their olfactory responses to 18 mixtures and chose the effective samples for field trapping test. The volatile compounds and mixtures elicited EAG re- sponses. Among them, L2, which included α-pinene,β-pinene, 3-caren and γ-terpinene, elicited the strongest EAG re- sponse. The results of olfactory behavioral responses indicated that Arhopalus rusticus Linn. had the best performance of se- lectivity for L2. By the field trapping test, the best attractant to Arhopalus rusticus Linn. was M3 containing α-pinene and 3- earen (p〈0.05).
