人力资源管理的现状及其未来发展浅析

摘要 随着时代的发展变革,当今社会的竞争已经是人才的竞争,人力资源管理模式发生了重大改变。基于此,本文分析了人力资源管理的现状及未来的发展趋势,以期促进企业转变人力资源管理观念,改革人力资源管理方式,满足社会发展需求。
