摘要
为了进行舰载设备在接近实战条件下的抗冲击考核,设计并建造了浮动冲击平台。为摸清浮动冲击平台在一定外载荷下的冲击环境,进行了三次水下爆炸试验,采用1 kg RDX装药在距离平台不同距离处爆炸,分别对平台外载荷和冲击环境进行了测量;外载荷测量结果表明:装药在水下5 m爆炸时产生明显的气泡脉动载荷和空化效应,加强了对平台本体的冲击作用;冲击环境测量结果表明:冲击响应从迎爆面到背爆面有逐渐减小的趋势,迎爆面冲击谱速度达到5.3 m/s,位移11 cm;冲击环境满足Ⅲ类区域冲击环境要求。
In order to achieve the impact assessment of shipboard equipment in close combat condition,floating shock deck was designed and constrcted,and in order to find out the shock environment of the floating shock deck under certain external loads,3 underwater explosion tests were carried out,taking 1 kg RDX charge explosion in different distance from the deck. External load measurement results show that the effect of bubble pulse loading and cavitation is obvious under 5 m explosion,and the shock of the platform body is strengthened. Shock environment measurement results show that the shock response has gradually decreased from face explosion to back explosion, and face explosion shock spectrum velocity and displacement are respectively reached 5. 3 m / s and 11 cm. Shock environment can meet Ⅲ level area requirement.
