基于PIPS探测器的天然氡钍子体探测装置研究 被引量:1

摘要 对基于PIPS探测器的天然氡钍子体探测装置进行了研究。探讨了探测器与放射源之间最佳探测距离为3mm;对电荷灵敏前置放大器性能进行了分析,结果与理论参数相符。PIPS探测器能量分辨率好,实测对214Po的特征峰能量分辨率为4.9%。整个探测装置的不稳定度小于5%,保证了测量氡钍子体α粒子潜能浓度时结果稳定可靠。探测装置可以不需要人工更换滤膜而连续运行,适合在无人操作的情况下对天然氡钍子体进行连续在线测量。 Studying on detection system for natural radon progeny and thorium progeny based on PIPS detector is carried out in this study.The discussion indicates that the best detecting distance between detector and source is 3mm.It has good consistent with the theoretical data by analyzing the performance of charge sensitive preamplifier.The PIPS detector has advantages of high energy resolution,which is 4.9%t forα-ray of 214 Po.The instability of detection device is less than 5%,ensuring reliable results when measuring forαradioactivity of natural thorium and radon and their progeny.The detecting device can be operated continuously without replacing the filter.This is suitable for the measurement for natural thorium and radon and their progeny without manual operation.
