摘要
以"V"型船用内燃机机体为研究对象,设计了快换式模块化工装、关键部位(汽缸孔,曲轴孔,凸轮轴孔)的高精度复合成型刀具及专用防干涉角度头,在此基础上开发了大型内燃机加工过程仿真模拟技术、高效的加工工艺流程、大型内燃机镗铣床平放及侧立加工方案等内燃机加工行业领先技术。本研究预建立一种结合虚拟制造技术的精加工方法,提供一套可逐渐完备的大型内燃机机体精加工工艺框架,融入了对内燃机机体加工的深层次的理解,摆脱内燃机机体加工低效多废品的桎梏,将我国内燃机机体加工行业带上一个新台阶。
In this paper, taking the V type marine internal combustion engine as the study object, we designed the style module chemical equipment, the machining tools of high precision composite molding and a special anti interference angle head. On this basis, the simulation technology of large scale internal combustion engine is developed, and the leading technology will be developed on large flat or on the side of boring machining. This study intends to develop a fine processing method combined with virtual manufacturing technology in view of the present situation of the low efficiency of the engine block processing, which will bring a step in the processing industry of China’s internal combustion engine.
