摘要 随着工业的迅速发展,焊接已被广泛应用于钢结构的制作和安装工艺之中。但是在实际企业的生产中由于一些不合理的工艺及操作,导致焊件内部产生焊接应力而引起变形。变形不仅影响了钢结构的外观和使用性能,严重的话甚至会使构件报废,给企业造成直接经济损失。本文以笔者在徐矿集团某机械厂假期实习时所生产制造的煤矿产品液压支架底座为例,详细介绍液压支架底座焊接及防止变形的方法与措施。因此,焊接质量的保证和焊接变形的控制是质量控制的关键,也是支架制造的关键。经过认真分析制定了底座合理的焊接工艺,有效地控制了焊接变形,达到了设计要求。 With the rapid development of industry, welding has been widely used in steel fabrication and installation process. But in the actual production of the enterprise, irrational processes and operations result in welding stresses internal weldment and causes deformation. Deformation not only affects the appearance and performance of steel structures, and can even make the member scrapped,causing direct economic losses to the enterprise. In this paper, taking the hydraulic support base of coal mine product produced during the author’s internship in a Machinery Plant of Xuzhou Coal Mining Group for example, this paper introduces the methods and measures of hydraulic support base welding and to prevent welding deformation in detail. Therefore, to ensure the control of welding deformation and welding quality is the key to quality control, and is the key to manufacturing the support. After careful analysis, a reasonable base welding process is developed, which has effectively controlled the welding deformation, and meet the design requirements.
