摘要
本文阐述了商用车发动机空滤器总成系统密封性作用意义,分析了国内外系统评价方法及判定现状,提出了气密性的极限泄漏率定量评价计算方法原理,依据系统空气泄露、粉尘效率、抗水性能要求,制定并验证了商用车基于实际工况的进气系统气密性极限泄漏率技术指标;建立了符合实验室及现场工艺等不同要求的试验方法;对提升发动机空滤器总成系统密封性设计水平,完善试验能力具有一定参考价值。
This article elaborated the significance of the air tightness of commercial vehicle engine air filter assembly system, analyzed the system evaluation method and determination situation at home and abroad, put forward the limit leak rate quantitative evaluation principle of air tightness. According to the system air leakage, dust efficiency, and water resistant performance requirements, the commercial vehicle air intake system tightness limit leakage rate technical indicators based on the actual working condition are developed and verified;testing methods meeting different requirements such as laboratory and field process are established. This article has certain reference value to enhance the level of engine air filter assembly system sealing design and improve the experiment ability.
