摘要
针对输油站KDY型输油泵在日常运行中截流较大,造成能源消耗浪费的现象,提出合理的叶轮切削可以实现减小截流、降低能耗,并且投资小、见效快。通过叶轮切削前后的运行数据比对,证明了节能效果明显。
In the daily operation, the closure of KDY type oil pump in the oil transportation station is relatively large, which causes the waste of energy. It is proposed that the reasonable impeller cutting can reduce the closure, reduce the energy consumption, and the investment is small, and the effect is fast. By comparing the running data before and after the impeller cutting, it is proved that the energy saving effect is obvious.
