摘要
根据零件图纸需要加工6个夹角为60°的斜面键槽孔,考虑零件的加工难度,设计了一组活动分度转盘对位的工装夹具,通过分度盘、固定盘件、连接块、连接轴、内六角螺钉、弹簧的相互作用的使得活动分度转盘得以实现换位,而在轴向方向的自由度通过机械夹紧机构,即螺栓紧锁或松开的机构对零件进行夹紧的工装。该工装夹具在后续的应用中加工性能得到发挥,有效提高了产品质量。
According to the drawings, it needs to process six 60 degree inclined slots, considering the difficulty of processing parts, it designs a set of movable indexing turntable fixture. The mutual action of the dividing plate, the fixed plate, the connecting piece, the connecting shaft, the inner six angle screw, and the spring makes the movable indexing turntable to achieve transposition, and the degree of freedom in the axial direction clamps the parts through the mechanical clamping mechanism, namely locking or loosening bolt clamping mechanism. The fixture processing performance in the subsequent application has been played, and effectively improves the quality of the product.
