摘要
采用整体硬质合金涂层立铣刀对钛合金(Ti-6AL-4V)进行高速干铣削单因素加工试验,利用立体显微镜、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等试验手段分析了高速铣削条件下切屑的宏观形态特征和微观形态特征。结果表明:在此单因素试验条件下,切屑宏观形态主要呈现带状切屑、螺旋卷曲状切屑。切屑的宏观形态背面呈现平滑光亮,自由表面则呈现出毛茸层状;微观形态在切屑横截面内,背面呈现为一条曲线,自由表面为不规则的锯齿状,锯齿的大小间距并不完全相同。切屑微观形态均产生锯齿状,铣削参数对锯齿状切屑齿宽、齿间距、锯齿化程度等具有较大的影响。
By using coated carbide end milling cutter, the high speed dry milling experiment for titanium alloy(Ti-6AL-4V)was carried out through single factor method. The macro morphological characteristics and micro morphological characteristics of chips under high speed milling were analyzed by means of stereo microscope, scanning electron microscope(SEM) and other test methods. The results of the study show that: the macro morphology of the chip is mainly presented in the shape of strip chip, spiral curl chip in this single factor test conditions. The macroscopic morphology of chip shows smooth and bright, free surface shows a layered morphology in hairy; the micro morphology of chips in the cross section, the back surface is a curve, the free surface is irregular jagged, the spacing of the serrated size is not exactly the same. The micro morphology of chips is saw tooth shape, and the milling parameters have great influence on the tooth width,pitch and the degree of tooth width.
