高频电液激振挤压成型模具关键技术研究

摘要 为了提高加工零件的成形精度,解决传统冷挤压技术中"难成形零件"的振动挤压加工问题。提出设计出一套为高频电液激振器在金属冷挤压加工中的应用提供振动频率、振幅等施振参数的控制、摩擦接触应力分布规律、表面效应的机理等方面的基础研究支撑,形成具有一定工程指导意义的理论模型。项目提出的高频电液激振器在挤压成型模具中的应用,其输出推力大,振动频率高且振幅极小。本项目研究对于支撑与推动浙江省国际制造业基地的建设具有较大科技意义,对于打破国外相关技术封锁与垄断、提升冷挤压加工技术的整体水平以及节能降耗、环境保护等,均具有重要的科技与经济意义。 In order to improve the forming precision machining parts, to solve the problem of vibration extrusion of "difficult forming parts" in traditional cold extrusion technology, this paper puts forwards to form a theoretical model with a certain engineering guiding significance, which provides the basic research support for control of vibration frequency, amplitude and other parameters, distribution of friction contact stress, surface effect mechanism and other aspects in application of high frequency electro hydraulic vibration exciter in metal cold extrusion. The application of high frequency electro hydraulic vibration exciter in the extrusion mould is presented. The output thrust is large, the vibration frequency is high and the amplitude is very small. This project is of great significance to support and promote the construction of the international manufacturing base in Zhejiang province, is of great scientific and technological and economic significance, to break the foreign related technology blockade and monopoly, to improve the overall level of cold extrusion processing technology and energy saving, environmental protection, etc..
