摘要
为了解决客户抱怨的某车型车门关闭滞涩问题,文章从车门关闭过程的受力角度进行分析,提出了优化该车型的车门限位器和控制车门铰链力矩的方法,达到解决问题的目的。
In order to solve sluggish acerbity problem in a car door closing causing customer complaint, this article makes a analysis from the door closing force, and puts forward the method to optimize a door limit device and control a door hinge torque, so as to achieve the purpose of solving the problem.
