针对圆管带式输送机在山钢莱芜分公司炼铁厂烧结系统应用中出现的问题,提出了设备优化方案并付诸实施,降低了设备故障率,提升了设备性能,其技术成果为行业中圆管带式输送机的设计、应用提供了丰富的技术积累,经济、社会效益显著。
According to the problems existing in the application of circular pipe belt conveyor in sintering production system in company sintering system in Iron Works of Laiwu Branch,Shandong Iron ＆ Steel Group Co., Ltd., put forward equipment optimization scheme and implement, reducing the failure rate of equipment, improving equipment performance. The technology provides a wealth of technology accumulation for circle pipe belt conveyor design and application, and the economic and social benefits are significant.
