基于中小型企业备货生产模式下的需求预测应用研究

Research on Application of Demand Forecasting Based on Small and Medium Sized Enterprises in Stock Production

需求预测能够降低企业的生产成本提高企业的服务水平,但目前存在的预测方法多种多样,怎么样的选择才能够适应企业的生产,本文以某个汽车散热器厂商为例,主要针对于备货型产品的生产计划制定的前期工作进行研究,包括对销售方面的数据缺失进行处理,以及通过对厂商的历年的生产数据进行研究选择模型套用。本文总结了一般生产预测方法,进行了比较并结合相关企业列举进行预测分析,得到预期结果。

Demand forecasting can help enterprises to reduce production costs and improve service levels. But now, a variety of prediction methods are being used, how to choose the prediction method to adapt to the production of the enterprise？ This paper takes an automotive radiator manufacturer as an example to research the preliminary work of production planning for the stocking products, which includes the processing of the missing sale data and the selection of model apply through the years of production data of the manufacturers.This paper summarizes and the compares general production forecasting methods. The expected results are obtained by the forecast analysis of relevant enterprises.
