摘要
库存管理是企业节约成本的重要途径,而准确的销量预测对于库存管理有重要的意义。传统的灰色预测模型对销量波动较小的数列有比较好的预测效果,但对于销量波动性较大的企业,尤其是快消品企业的预测效果较差。文章提出了一套针对快消品企业的库存预测模型,并通过实例验证该模型的适用性。
Inventory management is an important way for enterprises to save cost and accurate sales forecast has a great significance to inventory management. The traditional grey forecasting model has a better forecasting effect on the series with smaller sales fluctuation,whereas it has poor forecast effect on the FMCG(fast moving consumer goods) for the larger sales fluctuation enterprises. This paper puts forward a set of inventory forecasting model for the FMCG enterprises and verifies its applicability through an example.
