摘要
基于MOOC的军事理论课堂教学范式的变革可概括为"五个转变":从指导理论上看,是从行为主义学习理论到建构主义学习理论的转变;从教学目标上看,从注重学生对"知识的识记"到强调对"思维能力的发展";从教学内容上看,从单个教师对课程的解读到共享优秀师资的慕课联盟;从师生角色转变上看,从教师主导学生被动学习到教师引导学生主动学习;从教学评价上看,从终结性单一评价为主到形成性和终结性多元评价相结合。基于MOOC的军事理论课堂教学"五个转变"避免了高校教育目标的同质化,有利于追求学生个性化的发展。
The reform in the class teaching paradigm of military theory on the basis of MOOC can be summarized as "five changes": from the guiding theory, it is a change from the behaviorism learning theory to constructivism learning theory; from the teaching goal, it is a change from the focus on students' "knowledge memory" to emphasis on the development of "thinking ability"; from the teaching content, it is a change from a single teacher' s interpretation of curriculum to the alliance of sharing the excellent teachers' MOOCs; from the roles' reversal of teachers and students, it is teacher' s role change from leading to guiding, and student' s role change from learning passively to learning actively; from the teaching evaluation, it is a change from main focus on a single summative assessment to the combination of formative and summative assessment. These five changes in the class teaching paradigm of military theory on the basis of MOOC avoid the homogenization of the educational goals of the universities, which is conducive to the pursuit of students' individuality development.
