摘要
高校辅导员职业倦怠现状是目前高校十分关注的问题。本研究以职业倦怠问卷为工具,通过调查湖南省高校690名辅导员的职业倦怠现状,发现辅导员普遍有中等程度的职业倦怠。具体来说,女辅导员的成就感显著低于男辅导员;已婚和未婚辅导员职业倦怠差异不显著;20-25岁年龄组辅导员职业倦怠显著低于其他三个年龄组,31-40岁年龄组在情感耗竭和玩世不恭维度上得分最高;硕士学历辅导员职业倦怠显著高于本科学历辅导员;0-2年工龄辅导员职业倦怠显著低于其他三个工龄组,工龄6-10年辅导员职业倦怠显著高于其他三个组;辅导员所带学生数量为0-200人时,情感耗竭和玩世不恭得分最低。为了改善辅导员职业倦怠现状,需统筹规划辅导员队伍建设,完善辅导员的绩效评估机制,合理安排辅导员工作量,增强其职业认同感,促进辅导员的自我完善与发展。
Job burnout of college counselors has been given great attention at present. Through investigating the job burnout status of 690 college counselors from universities in Hunan province, using Maslach Burnout Inventory General Survey (MBI-GS), we found that college counselors got moderate scores on MBI-GS. Specifically, femaIe counselors scored significantly higher on inefficiency than male counselors. Counselors aged 20-25 scored significantly lower on MBI-GS than other three age groups, and counselors aged 31-40 scored significantly higher on emotional exhaustion and cynicism than other three age groups. Counselors who have master degree scored significantly higher on MBI-GS than those who have bachelor degree. Counselors who have worked for 0-2 years scored lowest on MBI-GS, and those who have worked for 6-10 years scored highest. Counselors who worked with only 0-200 students scored lowest on emotional exhaustion and cynicism. To improve burnout of college counselors, we need to make an overall plan for the construction of counselor team; improve the performance evaluation mechanism of counselor team; lower the working load appropriately; strengthen professional identity; promote the self-improvement and development of counselors.
